Nathan Nichols is a co-founder and COO of Storie Co. He has led asset management, finance, and market specific strategy of $1.5 billion of urban and destination hotel and resort properties throughout the United States for REITs and Management Companies. Nathan is responsible for the growth of the company through corporate operations, asset management, and strategic positioning.  Nathan’s career began in operations where he held various senior leadership positions including general manager at four and five star hotels across the United States before joining the principal side of the business overseeing special assets and repositioning in an asset management capacity. Nathan, his wife Brandy and dog Rudy live in Indianapolis Indiana. They enjoy hiking, the outdoors and flying their “bucket of bolts” Cessna.
